Accessibility Statement
Linkstub Inc. ("Linkstub", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Our commitment
We strive to make our website and services accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide variety of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Conformance status
We aim to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Conformance" means that the content fully meets the accessibility standard. We are continuously working to expand the level of conformance across our pages and features.
Accessibility features
Our website includes the following accessibility features:
- Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive controls
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and ARIA attributes
- Color contrast that meets WCAG AA requirements for text and interactive elements
- Alternative text for meaningful images
- Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels
- Support for assistive technologies including modern screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack)
- Light and dark themes to accommodate different visual preferences
- Right-to-left (RTL) language support
- Built-in accessibility widget with controls for text size, contrast, link highlighting, animation pause, and larger cursor — accessible from the floating accessibility button
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we are actively working on include:
- Some user-generated event descriptions and images may not include accessibility metadata, since they are uploaded by event organizers
- Embedded third-party content (videos, payment processors, maps) may have limited accessibility support outside our control
- Some legacy pages and PDFs may not be fully optimized
If you encounter an accessibility issue, we would like to know so we can fix it.
Compatibility
The website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and browsers:
- The latest two versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge
- VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
- NVDA and JAWS on Windows
- TalkBack on Android
The website may not display correctly on Internet Explorer or browsers more than two major versions out of date.
