By purchasing a ticket to "HOCO: Spring Fling" (“Event”) at Bar 13 (“Venue”), an agreement is made between you (“Attendee”) and “HOCO: Spring Fling” (“We,” “Us,” “Our”). TERMS MAY BE CHANGED UP UNTIL TIME OF EVENT. By purchasing a ticket, you represent that you agree to the following terms:
All tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual(s) for any reason, as well as the right to remove any individual(s) from the Venue at any time for any reason. All bags and other items are subject to inspection, and Attendees may be searched. Attendees who refuse inspections or searches may be denied entry into the Venue. Any individual(s) deemed intoxicated or a threat to themselves, other individuals, or any property may be removed from the Venue. Any individual who causes damage to any property will be held responsible. Any individual(s) who purchases a ticket for a grade other than their own will have their ticket voided and will not receive a refund under any circumstances. Any individual(s) who presents a ticket for a grade other than their own at the time of the Event will be removed from the Venue and prohibited from entering for the remainder of the Event. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property. Smoking is prohibited in the Venue at all times. Attendees who smoke in the Venue commit an offense to which fines may apply and will be immediately removed from the Venue. Any drugs or alcohol are strictly prohibited from the Venue. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the Venue. Any individual who offends, insults, humiliates, intimidates, threatens, or harasses any individual or Venue employee may be removed from the Venue. Attendees assume all risk of any damage or loss (including property damage, personal injury, economic and consequential loss) however it arises at the Event. Patrons bring personal effects into the Venue at their own risk. Venue management will not be responsible for any damage to, loss of, or theft of patrons' personal property. We reserve the right to change the venue location without advance notice.
