- Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited at the event or inside the space
- Anyone who shows up visibly intoxicated will not be allowed inside
- No form of sexual harassment or assault will be tolerated. Do not pursue anyone without consent
- Please be respectful of all venue employees
- Ticket prices are strictly limited to avoid overcapacity; We are operating on a first come first serve basis
- No tickets will be given out after they have sold out
"HOCO 2: The Encore" cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while attending "HOCO 2: The Encore" and utilizing its services or premises. It is not possible to prevent the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to attend "HOCO 2: The Encore" and/or enter onto its premises you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I have read and understood the above warning concerning COVID-19. I hereby choose to accept the risk of contracting COVID-19 for myself in order to attend "HOCO 2: The Encore" and enter its premises. These services are of such value to me that I accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 in order to attend "HOCO 2: The Encore" in person.
WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY: I hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against "HOCO 2: The Encore" and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to the event and its premises. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
I understand and agree that the law of the State of New York will apply to this contract.
LIABILITY RELEASE FORM
On the night of January 28th, 2023, intending to be legally bound hereby, the undersigned agrees and does hereby release from liability and to indemnify and hold harmless the "HOCO 2: The Encore" event, and any of its employees or agents representing or related to the event by purchasing a ticket for "HOCO 2: The Encore". This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death) and property losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodations for this event. The undersigned purchaser of the ticket further agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations promulgated by "HOCO 2: The Encore" and/or its affiliate groups and vendors throughout the night.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ALL PROVISIONS OF THIS RELEASE, AND FREELY AND KNOWINGLY ASSUME THE RISK AND WAIVE MY RIGHTS CONCERNING LIABILITY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE BY PURCHASING A TICKET FOR "HOCO 2: The Encore"
